Financial & Managerial Accounting
Reviews:

starsThis book sucks
This book is not for people who don't know anything about accounting. Yes, it's a good book, but the language used is very high-level and you couldn't understand it if you weren't an accountant. I suggest this book for people who are already accountants or have accounting degrees and want to review for the CPA exam. But for new students who just want accounting for electives or whatnot, like me, it's not a good book. I didn't understand anything I read and because of this book, I have changed my major to something non-business related. Avoid classes that use this book.

starsGreat Timing
This book arrived at me in the large time. I received the book on only 3 days and it was in perfect condition.

starsAccounting
This book is so long very useful, as you sign above for the personal coach program of the publisher.

starsFinancial and Managerial Accounting by Carl S. Warren
The book explains really well and is easy to understand.

starsunclear edition #'s
Every thing was brand new and right except it was the wrong edition. It was very unclear to what edition it was. I ended up having to just keep it anyway and use it the best that I could.

starsWhat you buy, Is what you get.
I was astonished on how much money i have saved through purchasing this book on amazon, but only if amazon had a order of included accessorized items, such as the publisher's media cd, the personal trainer set, tutor cd, etc. It would probabbly be more expensive together, but money can still be saved besides buying from college bookstore.

starsGreat Seller!
Very fast shipping and book are in LARGE condition! Owing to as many!! : -)

starsGood, but a little slow
The book was in large condition and exactly which I expected, but it took a little long, in order to receive.

starsI have found this book to be a okay for college classes
The book does a alright job of teaching students how to learn accounting. It lacks answers to which could definitly help students. The book's main advantage is that it has many real life examples that help students relate to accounting.

starsWell laid out, not a strain to follow or learn from.
This book was real easy to pick up the accounting basics that the authors presented. The text is broken up with graphic presentations and real world examples which makes it easy on the eyes and the brain. At the end of every chapter is illustrative problems, discussion questions, multiple choice, exercises and chapter problems. When you've completed a chapter you really feel you know the material. Plus there are tons of internet stuff. Worth the money and cheaper than the other accounting book I was forced to buy.

starsgood college textbook, should be cut to 900 pages
Well, if you have to kill lots time, because it has some sides, which are dedicated to useless information like the stupid poem on page 1022, which does not have anything to do with bookkeeping. Them appear the authors set lots of "material world" trivia, which are boring and useless. Entire side of 964 speaks about the reason, why Coca Cola does not have business with Lakers, because they signed Pepsi spokeman Shaq O'Neill, it nothing, with which topic does to do, but thinks the extra sides marks you that you received something for the high estimated book. If you need absolutely this book, go borrowing it from your general library and approved except your money. The book manuscript NEVER by a CPA or a business owner however are enough for list of the university teachers. It covers all bases.
